虚假报销起诉

On July 1st, 2019, the Beijing No.1 Intermediate People's Court accepted a case of fraudulent reimbursement between two companies in Beijing. The plaintiff, Beijing Xinghua Company, accused the defendant, Beijing Yutian Company, of falsely claiming to have paid for business trips and other expenses that had not been incurred. The plaintiff requested that the defendant pay back all the false claims and bear all the legal costs associated with this case. 2019年7月1日，北京市第一中级人民法院受理了北京两家公司之间的欺诈赔偿案件。原告北京兴华公司指控被告北京玉田公司虚假声称已支付出差和其他未实际发生的费用。原告要求被告退还所有虚假申请，并承担此案件相关的法律费用。
