By defining the concepts of national security and personal responsibility, it elucidates their dialectical relationship of interdependence and mutual promotion. In the current context of rapid globalization and information development, countries are facing complex and variable security challenges, which also impact individuals' daily lives. Therefore, emphasizing individuals' responsibilities and obligations in maintaining national security becomes particularly important, including complying with laws and regulations, enhancing security awareness, and actively participating in social security affairs. Additionally, the article points out that national security is the foundation and premise of personal safety. Only when national security is maintained can individuals pursue a happy life in a stable and secure environment.
