汽轮机本体轴瓦振动保护探头安装关键技术研究

摘要：本文介绍了汽轮机本体轴瓦振动保护探头安装的关键技术。首先，介绍了基本原理，然后详细介绍了安装过程中应注意的问题及其解决方法；随后，对安装位置进行了分析并就如何选取合适的安装位置进行了详尽说明。此外，对常用的两个不同的固定方式也作出了相应的分析。在实施上述步骤时应注意避免发生危险情况和故障影响。 Abstract: This paper introduces the key technology of vibration protection probe installation of turbine body bearing. First, the basic principle is introduced, then the problems and solutions in the installation process are introduced in detail; then, the installation position is analyzed and a detailed explanation on how to select a suitable installation position is given. In addition, corresponding analysis is also made on two commonly used fixation modes. Care should be taken to avoid dangerous situations and fault effects when implementing the above steps.
