养护管理模式与养护绩效的关系

研究 摘要：养护管理是一项重要的工作，它可以有效地保障路面质量和安全性能，并为道路使用者提供优质的行车服务。本文旨在通过分析不同养护管理模式对养护绩效的影响，从而为道路养护工作者、相关部门以及道路使用者带来有效地帮助。首先，我们将对不同的养护管理方式进行详尽的分析和评估；然后根据原始数据进行多重回归分析；最后根据分 析得出不同的策略对于道路养 护 的影响。通过此项研究发 现 ： 不 同 的 养 护 策 略 对 道 路 养 护 的 效 果 有 不 同 的 影 响 ； 高 负 责 人 、 高 资 金 支出 、 高 财务开 支 以及高度集中化的施工方法都能够显著地促进道路养 护 的效益。此外，诸如开发新型材料、应用新型装备、实行低成本保障性工作、优化流水作业都是促进道路安全性能和使用性能的重要手段。 Introduction: Maintenance management is an important work, which can effectively protect the pavement quality and safety performance, and provide high-quality driving service for road users. This paper aims to analyze the impact of different maintenance management modes on maintenance performance, so as to bring effective help to road maintenance workers, relevant departments and road users. Firstly, we will make a detailed analysis and evaluation of different maintenance management methods; then we will carry out multiple regression analysis based on original data; finally we will draw out the influence of different strategies on road maintenance according to the analysis. Through this research it is found that different maintenance strategies have different effects on road maintenance; high responsibility, high financial expenditure, high financial expenditure and highly centralized construction method can significantly promote the benefits of road maintenance. In addition, developing new materials, applying new equipment, implementing low-cost guarantee work and optimizing flow operation are important means to promote the safety performance and use performance of roads.
