Therefore, how to produce high-quality, excellent performance and qualified size reducer housing has always been the focus of technical personnel. 目前,主要有以下三种方法生产减速机壳体:1、锻造工艺。将金属材料进行加热后进行锻打或冲裁而成。2、焊接工艺。将多个金属板材焊接在一起而成。3、数控冲压工艺。利用CNC冲床将金属板材冲裁而成所需形状并拼装而成整体零部件。这三大方法中,数控冲床利用CNC加工中心可实现零件更好地定制化生产;焊接方式能使零部件拆装时更便利易行;锻造方式能使零部件拆装时更便利易行并具有很强的可信度性能特性 。 At present, there are mainly three methods to produce reducer housings: 1.
