人口老龄化背景下上海市城镇养老产业发展研究

摘要：随着人口老龄化进程的加快，城镇养老产业的发展也越来越受到重视。上海市作为我国经济和文化中心，在养老产业发展方面拥有独特的优势。本文旨在通过对上海市养老产业发展情况的分析，从政府、市场、社会三方面出发，总结出上海市养老产业面临的问题以及应该采取的对策。 关键词：上海市 养老 产业 发展 人口老龄化 Research on the Development of Urban Pension Industry in Shanghai in the Background of Population Aging Abstract: With the acceleration of population aging process, the development of urban pension industry is also getting more and more attention. As an economic and cultural center in China, Shanghai has unique advantages in the development of pension industry. This paper aims to analyze the development of pension industry in Shanghai from three aspects: government, market and society, and summarize the problems faced by pension industry in Shanghai and countermeasures to be taken.
