变革型领导对个体层面的影响

研究 摘要：本文旨在探讨变革型领导对个体层次的影响。通过分析相关文献，本文从三个方面来论述变革型领导对个体的影响：一是促进员工的学习能力，二是激发员工创新性思维，三是促进团队合作。最后，本文总结了变革型领导的重要作用。 关键词： 变革型 领导 个体 学习 能力 创新 思维 合作 Research on the Influence of Transformational Leadership on Individual Level Abstract: This paper aims to explore the influence of transformational leadership on individual level. Through analyzing relevant literature, this paper discusses the influence of transformational leadership on individuals from three aspects: First, it promotes employees' learning ability; second, it stimulates employees' innovative thinking; third, it promotes team cooperation.
