中北大学姬瑞祥
Ji Ruixiang is a professor at the School of Education, Peking University. He was born in Shanxi Province in October 1956. He obtained his bachelor's degree from the Department of Education, Peking University in 1982 and his master's degree from the Institute of Educational Science, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 1985. In 1995, he obtained his doctoral degree from the Graduate School of Education, Stanford University.
He has served as a visiting scholar at Stanford University and Harvard Graduate School of Education and is currently a member of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and a foreign academician at the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences. In addition to teaching courses such as “Psychology” and “Educational Psychology” at Peking University, he has also conducted research on topics such as education policy reform, school-based management reforms, educational equity issues and other topics related to education theory and practice.
His research findings have been published extensively in domestic journals such as “China Education Research”, “Chinese Educational Research” and “Research on Education Policy”. He has also published several monographs on educational reform including: "Education Reform: Theory & Practice", "Education Equity: Theory & Practice"and "School Based Management Reforms".
