我国高等教育及人才培养现状

近年来，我国高等教育及人才培养取得了长足的进步。一方面，我国大学数量和规模不断扩大，学校的办学水平也在不断提高。各类本科、专科、研究生教育形式多样化，课程内容丰富多彩。另一方面，人才培养体制也得到了优化。学校推行“以就业为导向”的人才培养理念；注重实践能力的培养；强化实习生、实训生、志愿者服务体制和师资队伍的建设。 At present, the higher education and personnel training in our country have made great progress.
