摘要:本文旨在通过Meta分析研究鱼肉对心血管疾病的预防作用。通过对文献的检索和数据提取,本文对共计18项相关文献进行Meta分析,以评估鱼肉与心血管事件之间的相互作用。本文发现,与不食用鱼肉相比,食用鱼肉显著减少总死亡风险(RR=0.81; 95%CI: 0.76-0.87)、冠心病死亡(RR=0.86; 95% CI: 0.77-0.96)、急性冠心病发作(RR=0.84; 95%CI: 0.78-0.91)以及冠心���住院(RR=0.90; 95% CI: 0.84-0.97)。此外,我们也发��,随食用量增加而减少的危害效应也得到证实。因此, 我们强 烈建议人们将海产品作为一部分日常食物来保障其健康水平, 从而减少心血 管事件的可能性。
Abstract: This paper aims to investigate the preventive effects of fish consumption on cardiovascular diseases through Meta analysis study . Through literature retrieval and data extraction, a total of 18 related literature were analyzed by Meta analysis to evaluate the interaction between fish consumption and cardiovascular events . The results showed that compared with not consuming fish, consuming fish significantly reduced the risk of total mortality ( RR = 0 . 81 ; 95 % CI : 0 . 76 - 0 . 87 ) , coronary heart disease mortality ( RR = 0 . 86 ; 95 % CI : 0 . 77 - 0 . 96 ) , acute coronary syndrome attack ( RR = 0 . 84 ; 95 % CI : 0 . 78 - 0 . 91 ) and hospitalization for coronary heart disease ( RR = 90 ; 95 % CI : 84 - 97 ) were also confirmed by decreasing hazard effects with increasing intake dose was also confirmed in this study , Therefore, we strongly suggest people include seafood as part of their daily diet to ensure their health level and reduce the possibility of cardiovascular events
