银行消保服务培训会议报道
On the morning of July 17th, the Bank Consumer Protection Service Training Conference was held in the conference room of our bank. The meeting was chaired by Vice President Wang. The meeting invited experts from the China Banking Regulatory Commission to give lectures on consumer protection services.
At the meeting, experts from China Banking Regulatory Commission introduced consumer protection services in detail, including consumer rights and obligations, customer complaint handling methods and related regulations. At the same time, they also answered questions from participants on how to better protect customers' interests and strengthen banking risk management.
In his speech at the end of the meeting, Vice President Wang pointed out that banks should always adhere to customer-oriented principles when providing services and actively respond to customer complaints; at the same time, we should also strengthen risk prevention awareness and improve service quality so as to provide customers with better financial services.
