网络意识形态

是指在网络空间内由政府、企业、个人及其他各方形成的一种共同的思想观念和价值观。它表明了人们如何看待、使用和理解互联网；它提出了有关信息安全、隐私保护、数字版权保护及电子商务的法律要求；它还包含了一些有关新闻传播、教育及文化创作的原则。 The network ideology refers to a common set of ideas and values formed by governments, enterprises, individuals and other parties in the network space. It shows how people view, use and understand the Internet; it proposes legal requirements for information security, privacy protection, digital copyright protection and e-commerce; it also contains some principles for news dissemination, education and cultural creation.
