摘要 随着我国经济的发展，企业管理已经成为企业发展的重要支柱。企业高效运转需要一套完善的企业管理体制，而这套体制的核心就是工商管理。本文以XX公司作为例子，从市场营销、人力资源、财务分析、信息化、风险评估五方面来分析其在工商管理中存在的问题，并根据具体情况对XX公司进行合理化的工商管理方法，从而使得其能够有效地实施各项产品及服务。 关键词: 工商管理; XX 公司; 市场营销; 人力资源; 财务分析; 信息化; 风险评估 Abstract With the development of China's economy, enterprise management has become an important pillar of enterprise development. The efficient operation of enterprises requires a sound enterprise management system, and the core of this system is industrial and commercial management. This paper takes XX company as an example to analyze the problems in its industrial and commercial management from five aspects: market marketing, human resources, financial analysis, informationization and risk assessment. According to the specific situation, a reasonable industrial and commercial management method is put forward for XX company so that it can effectively implement various products and services.
