摘要：医学生劳动教育是当今医学院校的重要组成部分，它不仅可以有效地开发学生的认知能力和实践能力，而且也有助于提升学生的就业竞争能力。本文通过对国内外文献进行梳理和研究，分析了医学生劳动教育的意义、特征和方法。首先，介绍了医学生劳动教育的定义、目标和作用;其次，分析了当前国内外医学生劳动教育的特征;最后，总结出当前我国开展医学生工作教育应该注意的问题及对策。 关键词: 劳工教育, 学生, 就业竞争, 教材 Abstract: Labor education for medical students is an important part of today's medical colleges and universities. It can not only effectively develop students' cognitive ability and practical ability, but also help to enhance their employment competitiveness. This paper reviews and studies the domestic and foreign literature to analyze the significance, characteristics and methods of labor education for medical students. Firstly, it introduces the definition, objectives and functions of labor education for medical students; secondly, it analyzes the characteristics of current domestic and foreign labor education for medical students; finally, it summarizes the problems that should be paid attention to in carrying out labor education for medical students in China at present.
