The results for the year show a loss of $XXX (2020: Profit of $XXX). This reflects the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on our business, which has been felt across all areas. The financial position of the Company remains strong, with total assets increasing to $XXXX (2020: $XXXX) and total liabilities decreasing to $XXXX (2020: $XXXX). Cash balances increased to $XXXX (2020: $XXXX) as at 31 December 2021 and are expected to remain at a healthy level throughout 2021. During 2021, we continued to focus on delivering excellent customer service while remaining mindful of our cost base. We completed several initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and reducing costs, including streamlining processes and introducing new technology solutions. We also invested in new products and services which are expected to yield positive returns over time. We have also sought to strengthen our balance sheet by reducing debt levels during 2021 in line with our strategy for long-term sustainability. The Company's gearing ratio decreased from XXXX% in 2020 to XXXX% as at 31 December 2021, providing us with greater financial flexibility going forward.
