Dear teachers and friends, Good morning! It is my great pleasure to stand here and share my thoughts about happiness. Happiness is a feeling that everyone wants to experience. It can be found in the simplest of things such as spending time with family or having a good meal. We all have our own definition of happiness. To me, happiness means having a positive attitude towards life and being content with whatever I have. In order to achieve true happiness, we should focus on the present moment rather than worrying too much about the future. We should also learn to appreciate what we have instead of constantly striving for more material possessions. In addition, it is important to stay connected with our loved ones as it gives us a sense of belonging and security. Finally, I believe that helping others brings us true joy and satisfaction which leads to lasting happiness. By volunteering or donating money or other resources, we can make a difference in someone else’s life which will ultimately bring us joy as well. In conclusion, everyone has their own definition of what makes them happy but for me it is about having an optimistic outlook on life and being content with what I have while helping others when I can.
