I completely agree. When we learn to be kind and generous towards others, it will naturally make us feel good. We can do this by spending quality time with our friends and family, helping out in our community, or simply smiling at a stranger. Taking the focus off ourselves and focusing on how we can make someone else's day a little brighter can have a positive impact on our own mental health and happiness.
