My Little Hamster Friend When I was a kid, my parents bought me a little hamster as a pet. It was small and white, with two beady black eyes that were always looking around curiously. It had a brown stripe running down its back and two small ears poking out from the sides of its head. I named it Snowball because it looked like an adorable little snowball! Snowball quickly became my best friend. We would play together for hours on end, chasing each other around the room or exploring in his cage. He even followed me everywhere I went! Whenever I felt sad or lonely, he would always be there to cheer me up with his cute little squeaks and funny antics. I took very good care of him and made sure he had everything he needed: fresh food, clean water, and plenty of toys to keep him occupied. Every night before bedtime, we would snuggle up together on the sofa while I read him stories from my favorite books. Unfortunately, one day Snowball got sick and passed away peacefully in his sleep. His loss was heartbreaking for me but also taught me an important lesson about life: cherish every moment you have with your loved ones because you never know when they might be gone forever. Although Snowball is no longer here with me physically, he will always remain in my heart forever as my beloved little hamster friend who brought so much joy into my life during our short time together.
