In recent surveys conducted by our university on online classes, I've observed both advantages and disadvantages. On the positive side, online learning offers flexibility in schedules, enabling students to access lectures from any location. Additionally, it allows for a wide range of multimedia resources, enhancing our understanding of complex topics. However, the downside includes reduced interaction with peers and instructors, which can hinder engagement and collaboration. Technical issues can also disrupt the continuity of lessons. To improve, universities should consider hybrid models that combine online and physical interactions to foster community. Implementing real-time feedback systems and ensuring reliable technical support could further enhance the online learning experience.
