In the summer of 2018, I went to Central Park in New York City. It was a beautiful sunny evening and the park was full of people. As I walked around, I noticed a variety of people enjoying the park. There were families with children playing in the playgrounds and on the grassy fields. Couples were walking hand-in-hand down the pathways, taking in all of the beauty that Central Park has to offer. Tourists were snapping pictures everywhere, capturing memories that will last a lifetime. I also saw runners and cyclists taking advantage of the wide open spaces for their workouts. There were also groups of friends sitting at tables or benches, talking and laughing as they enjoyed each other’s company. As night began to fall, I saw more people out enjoying the park after dark. There were street performers entertaining crowds with their music or comedy acts; couples strolling along lit pathways; and even some brave souls taking nighttime bike rides through Central Park! Overall, it was an amazing experience to see so many different types of people out in Central Park during my visit there that summer evening! Everyone seemed so happy just being there together and it truly made me appreciate how special this place is for so many different kinds of people from all walks of life!
